Bye, for now.
This is a tough post to write. We are sad to announce that we have made the decision to say goodbye to our food truck. It was rough to watch her drive away.
We are pretty PROUD of what we have accomplished- two people with no previous experience in this industry. We built a truck from scratch and learned how to operate it. We came up with fun recipes and served a lot of people, operated at lots of neat events, supported some great local charities and met tons of cool folks along the way.
Family is everything and getting to work as a father-daughter team on the truck has been an experience we will always treasure.
Looking ahead- we have some cool things in the works and we hope you’ll bear with us. (More to come on that soon!)
This is not goodbye, it’s see ya later.
And don’t worry- we still have our chili seasoning blends. We just restocked! We'll be out and about at events this year and we hope you'll come see us. Events are posted on the schedule page of our website.
