OUR SIGNATURE CHILI
• Brown 1 lb. ground beef. Add 1/2 diced onion.
• Add 6 oz. stout beer and boil 5 minutes.
• Add contents of package, 15 oz. tomato sauce, 15 oz. can of beans (drained and rinsed).
• Reduce heat, cover and simmer 25 minutes, stirring occasionally.
• Serve and enjoy! (Makes approx. 6 cups)

Buffalo Chicken Quesadilla
Tender chicken tossed in buffalo sauce, tomato, red onion, bleu cheese crumbles and shredded cheese inside grilled 10” flour tortilla. Served with ranch dressing.
Spinach Artichoke Dip
Spinach and artichoke hearts mixed with melted parmesan and mozzarella cheese. Served with sliced baguette and pita crackers.
